Abstract:
The Corporation for National and Community Service requires grantees of its AmeriCorps State and National program to submit Project Progress Reports (PPRs). This information Collection comprises the questions that these grantees will answer to report their progress to the agency. This revision includes two new questions to the PPRs to address new cross-government initiatives and better understand how many beneficiaries in poverty are being served.

Short Statement:
AmeriCorps updated its PPR instruments to include new questions reflecting that it has developed cross-government partnerships that require new data points specific to those projects, and that AmeriCorps is also invested in collecting data on how many beneficiaries are in poverty. AmeriCorps has therefore adjusted the burden hours both to account for these changes and in response to input received from the public that the original estimates were too low. Finally, AmeriCorps removed the hours and respondents associated with the Volunteer Generation Fund because that will be handled by a different program.
