Short Statement: The burden has reduced since the last reporting due to decreases in estimated number of respondents as well as a reassessment of their estimated average hourly wages, which have been lowered. The ICR will show that burden has increased for the HOMES.mil information collection, but this is only because the phone and non-phone collections were combined into a single IC, instead of being separate as they were before. The separate Phone Responses IC was removed as it is now included in the Homes.mil Property Listing IC.
