Short Statement: There are burden hour changes compared to the prior ICR approval for respondents to the information collection. The specific changes impacting burden are those in the program section for the WIOA Title I Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth programs. These revisions incorporate requirements for coordination and co-enrollment between the Trade Adjustment Assistance program and the WIOA Dislocated Worker program, under the authority of Section 239 of the Trade Act. The revisions support state co-enrollment compliance with WIOA Sec. 221(a)(2)(A) that requires Rapid Response and appropriate career services to all groups for whom a petition is filed. Other changes reflect normal increases to wage rates for state and Federal staff since the last approval of this ICR.
