Short Statement: There has been an increase in the number of Presidentially declared major disasters which have been approved for Crisis Counseling Immediate Services Program and Regular Services Program. This increase in the total number of respondents per year has increased the total number of Annual Burden Hours. FEMA is also removing the burden hours from all OMB and HHS instruments from this collection, as their burden should be reflected in the collections owned by OMB and HHS.
