Short Statement: This is a revision request for the currently approved Information Collection Request (ICR-OMB control number 0920–1283, Expiration 01/31/2023), for: • Continuing the collection of information from jurisdictions (which include states, Washington D.C., U.S. Territories, cities, and counties) funded under the Overdose Data to Action (CDC-RFA-CE19-1904) funding opportunity through 8/31/2023. • Approval to collect new information from jurisdictions (which include states and Washington, D.C.) funded under the Overdose Data to Action in States (CDC-RFA-CE23-0002) funding opportunity starting 9/1/2023. • Approval to collect new information from jurisdictions (which include U.S. Territories, cities, and counties) funded under the Overdose Data to Action Limiting Overdose through Collaborative Actions in Localities (CDC-RFA-CE23-0003) funding opportunity, starting 9/1/2023.
