Abstract:
We are seeking OMB approval for the proposed revised OASIS item set, referred to hereafter as OASIS-E, scheduled for implementation on January 1, 2023. The OASIS E includes changes pursuant to the Improving Medicare Post-Acute Care Transformation Act of 2014 (the IMPACT Act); and, to accommodate data element removals to reduce burden; and improve formatting throughout the document.
