Short Statement:
USFA is removing one instrument from this collection, which will reduce the overall burden by half. After conducting usability testing there is a 6 hour reduction in burden on the OMB inventory. The requirement to use this form to collect information about special groups using NETC has become antiquated and has not been applied for the past two years. The method of collecting information pertinent to a special group is captured within the content of email messaging. USFA is removing instrument from this collection, and its associated cost. There is also an increase in the general wage increases since the last approval.
