In our previously approved submission, we mistakenly stated that the dollar cost burden per submission was "1,800". It's actually "$2,097". That "1,800" had actually referred to the Annual Time Burden, which was yet another field we made a mistake on. Previously, we mistakenly recorded the Annual Time Burden as "1,786", we've now corrected it to "1,800". These corrected figures are reflected in our 30 Day Federal Register Notice.
