Short Statement: The annual burden decreased from 68 hours annually in the previous clearance to 55 hours annually. This is due to a decrease in the estimated number of annual responses. The burden per response has not changed. The NRC staff is lowering the estimated number of annual responses based on data from the NRC’s Web-Based Licensing System.
