Short Statement: The estimated hourly burden associated with Form S 6 has decreased from 107,359 hours to 68,365 hours (a decrease of 38,994 hours). The change in burden hours is due to the estimates of the number of responses and the time burden that will result from our amendments affecting Form S 6. The estimated cost burden has decreased from $68,108,956 to $53,787,113 (a decrease of $14,321,843).
