Short Statement: This renewal request shows a decrease of 428,275 estimated responses and 35,622 hours of estimated burden from the previous submission. It includes mergers with 0579-0470 and 0579-0479, and consolidation of a few activities. There were significant decreases in estimated responses and burden, largely attributed to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on businesses and the transportation industry.
