Short Statement: This is a new collection request as a result of program changes for the application for the Healthy Meals Incentives Recognition Awards is planned to be available for School Food Authorities (SFAs) to apply between School Year 2023-2024 through School Year 2024-2025. This request will add 2,054 respondents, 17,998 total annual responses and 38,003 hours of burden to OMB’s inventory.
