Abstract:
The information collected through NAVMC Form 10469, “Academic Certification for Marine Corps Officer Candidate Program,” is needed to verify a potential officer candidate’s academic qualifications and mental qualifying scores.This form is to be completed by a school official of the applicant’s college or university and verified by the OSO. Use of this form is the only accurate and specific method to determine an officer applicant’s academic qualifications.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
