Short Statement: The original package contained the allocations report and the expenditures report. For the new package, Program decide to split the package into two, one for allocations and the other (forthcoming) for expenditures. However, the burden hours for the allocations forms for approval are unchanged. The burden reduction is due to splitting the package into two packages.
