Abstract:
This collection of information is necessary to enable the OCC to garner user feedback in an efficient, timely manner in accordance with our commitment to improving service delivery. The information collected will help ensure that users have an effective, efficient, and satisfying experience with the OCC's programs. The OCC is requesting an increase in the burden to draw from due to an increase in the demand for approval of customer satisfaction surveys and focus groups.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
