Short Statement: There is a 924-hour increase in the hours in the total estimated respondent burden compared with the ICR currently approved by OMB. This increase reflects the fact that tips and complaints are being filed at a higher rate as the website becomes more widely known, a strong indication of the success of this program. There has been no change in the information being reported or the estimated burden per respondent. An even more substantial increase in Agency burden and cost reflects more widespread use of the filed tips and complaints within the Agency.
