Short Statement: The total number of CQEs issued increased from 3,720 to 3,724 CQEs (cell L50 in Attachment 14). The total burden hours for all CQEs in FY 2022 increased from 619 to 621. Sixteen countries did not request CQEs and Panama did not qualify to receive CQEs. Columbia and Canada took advantage of the higher sugar prices during FY 2022 and both had a jump in CQEs from 700 documents to 800 CQEs.
