Short Statement: The previous submission included all registrants in the AIE system. This revision includes only annual respondents who are members of the public, decreasing the annual respondent burden hours and costs significantly. The increase in Operational and Maintenance Costs is driven by the expanded use of the AIE system at more Army installations.
