Terms of Clearance: In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for three years. Previous terms of clearance still apply: Per public comments received in a prior renewal, BOEM is requested to provide the following information in supporting statement A. 1) BOEM is requested to discuss the timing of third party notification letters to ensure a timely permitting process. 2) BOEM is requested to use electronic forms to the extent feasible and to justify why electronic forms are not feasible when they are not being used. 3) **BOEM is requested to justify the collection of information on Simsource surveys.
