Abstract:
The Labor Market Information (LMI) Cooperative Agreement includes all information needed by the State Workforce Agencies to apply for funds to assist them in operating one or more of the four LMI programs operated by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and, once awarded, report on the status of obligation and expenditure of funds, as well as close out the Cooperative Agreement.

There is a small decrease in the annual reporting and record keeping burden hours due to the transition to new grants management system. A new Budget Information Form is being added and several previously used forms are being retired as BLS transitions to the new system, GrantSolutions.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
