Short Statement: This is a revision of a currently approved collection to reflect changes made by HOTMA. It adds a Form 9886-A to be used on/after HOTMA effective date of January 1, 2024. It also updates the programs covered under this form and revises the Privacy Act Notice to be a Privacy Advisory.
