Short Statement: Changes in burden hours are due to more accurate estimates based on the Commission’s experiences of what has actually happened since the issuance of the Final Rule. For example, to-date the Commission has not received any information collections under either Regulations 150.3(b) or 150.9. Additionally, based on the data since the issuance of the Final Rule, information collections under Regulation 19.02 (i.e., cotton-on call reports in Form 304) and under Regulation 150.5 (e.g., bona fide hedge applications to exchanges) have been fewer than anticipated. The Commission does not anticipate material changes to these going forward. The Commission further notes that the information collections related to Regulation 150.4 (aggregation) are incorporated hereunder but the burden estimates related to Regulation 150.4 have not changed.
