Short Statement:
This is an extension of a currently approved collection. The currently approved burden inventory is 13 State agency respondents. Additionally, the currently approved inventory for this collection includes a total of 65 annual responses and 3,504 total annual burden hours for State agencies. FNS is requesting an extension of a currently approved information collection request. We are seeking an estimated 13 State agency respondents, 85 estimated total annual responses and 8,860 estimated total annual burden hours. Consultations with two State agencies resulted in recommendations to increase the burden hours for required reports. The Department decided to increase the burden time from 42 hours to 70 hours which reflects an increase of 28 hours per State. Due to program changes, this request reflects an estimated increase of 20 total annual responses and an increase of 5,356 burden hours for this extension.
