Short Statement: CMS made revisions to the EOC and ANOC models. The marketing module in HPMS was updated to improve the layout and navigation flow of the module and provides a more intuitive and user-friendly system for submitting materials to CMS. Material codes and categories were eliminated, instead improved the categorizations of materials with targeted questions/responses for plan users. The changes in burden are adjustments associated with the number of respondents, changes in wages, and a more accurate estimate of upload times as well as the number of marketing and communication materials that MA organizations and Part D sponsors upload into the HPMS.
