Abstract:
This collection of information is necessary to enable FRA to garner customer and stakeholder feedback in an efficient, timely manner, in accordance with our commitment to improving service delivery. The information collected from our customers and stakeholders, which is on a voluntary basis, will help ensure that users have an effective, efficient, and satisfying experience with the Agency's programs. There is no record keeping component to this collection and frequency of input will varying depending upon the collection requirements of either one time, monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.

Short Statement:
This is an extension without change (with changes in estimates) to a current information collection request (ICR). The current OMB inventory for this ICR shows a total of 1,062 hours and 6,300 responses for a three-year basis, while the requesting inventory shows estimates of a total burden of 1,425 hours and 17,250 responses. On annual basis the requesting inventory amounts to 475 hours and 5,750 responses. Overall, the burden for this submission has increased by 363 hours and 10,950 responses on a three-year basis (or 121 hours and 3,650 responses on an annual basis). The increased burden is due to changes in FRA’s organizational structure and additional interactions with stakeholders as a result of continued implementation of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act statutorily required programs.
