Short Statement: The current OMB inventory for this ICR shows a total burden of 61,825 hours and 49,148 responses, while the requesting inventory estimates a total burden of 60,860 hours and 49,374 responses. Overall, the burden for this submission has decreased by 965 hours and increased by 226 responses. The largest adjustment is a decreased burden reflecting that all Class I freight railroads have already submitted their plans, leading to a decrease in the overall PRA burden. There is no change in the collection method. The decrease in burden hours is solely the result of adjustments.
