Short Statement: Revision The only adjustment in the burden reporting is the decreasing number of HAP contracts being renewed each year. The initial submission was for 378 renewing HAP contracts. This submission has decreased to 300 HAP contracts. The decrease is due to the number of contracts that are converting to a different form of HUD assistance under the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program
