Abstract:
The rule describes when an owner/operator must report an accidental release of a regulated or extremely hazardous substance to the Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board.
Emergency Justfication:
The CSB has done a 60-day notice. The 30-day notice will publish May 1, 2023. The CSB cannot submit to OMB through the system without an FR citation. The agency is requesting an emergency extension before the form expires on April 30, 2023. It can submit to OMB on May 1st.
