Terms of Clearance: In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for three years. As terms of clearance, prior to submission of the renewal TVA should reevaluate whether it is possible to collect this information electronically, recognizing that wifi and smartphones may be prevalent even in the rural areas to which this collection applies. OMB notes that transitioning to electronic reporting has the potential to reduce the burdens of this information collection both on respondents and on TVA.
