Short Statement: FSA reported the program changes in this request. The number of 64,802 respondents did not change since the last OMB approval. The number of responses decreased by 17,956 while the number of burden hours decreased by 18,603. The reasons for these decreases in this request is that borrowers applied for fewer loans and submitted fewer forms for each loan application in the past few years.
