Short Statement: This request for renewal reflects the merger of 0579-0471 with its activities replacing most of those in 0579-0085. 0579-0471 was created for a rule that revised 7 CFR 340.5. With the merger, most of the burden estimates decreased. However, two activities, Procedures for Permits and Procedures for Permit Record Reporting, have significant increases due to improved estimates after 3 years of collecting data under the new procedures.
