Short Statement:
As a result of change in regulation subsequent to the Commodity Supplemental Food Program: Implementation of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 final rule (85 FR 68717) (See Appendix L) Additional hours were also added to reflect changes in program requirement (see Appendix L). Upon approval of this request, FNS estimates that this collection will have 1,218,437 burden hours and 4,044,745 responses.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
