Abstract:
The John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act, Pub. L. No.116-9 (Section 1119) allows certain Alaska Native Vietnam-era veterans (Eligible Individuals) and their heirs to apply for land allotments under Section 1119 of the Act. This OMB Control Number is scheduled to expire on November 30, 2023. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is requesting that OMB Renew this OMB Control Number for additional three years.
