Short Statement: There have been no changes to the information being collected. The annual government cost has increased due to increased wage rates/compensation factors and IT system security requirements. The estimated number of respondents for the SF315 Form has decreased from 37,505 to 24,750. This update results in an annual decrease in the burden estimates by 12,755 responses and 3,188 burden hours.
