Abstract:
VA Form 20-10206 is used by claimants to request access to Federal agency records as long as the record is not exempt from release by one of nine FOIA exemptions. In order to comply with Authentication Process for VBA Privacy/FOIA Requests, OMB M-21-04, the form has been updated to include the DocuSign signature tool. VA Form 20-10207 is used by claimants to notify VA of an urgent or immediate need due to change in status or circumstance for priority processing of claim. VA Form 20-10208 is used by a claimant to request access to Federal agency records as long as the record is not exempt from release by one of nine FOIA exemptions.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
