Short Statement: This information collection is being revised slightly after reviewing the number of responses and quality of responses received in recent years. The Commission calculated the average number of interpretative, no-action, and exemptive letters issued by Commission staff in 2020, 2021, and 2022, which is approximately 30 annual respondents. In addition, the respondent estimate has been increased by 50% to account for respondents that prepare requests for relief that do not generate a Commission staff letter in response. In total, the annual estimated respondents equals 45 which is a significant decrease from previous estimates. While the annual burden hours (40) remain unchanged from the previous collection renewal, the mean hourly wage has slightly increased.
