Short Statement: There are no program changes to this collection. The following adjustments/decreases and increases to the collection are due to the Commission reevaluating its figures of this information collection and the responses/respondents for Forms 702/703 decreased from 60 responses/respondents to 40 (-20) responses/respondents and the annual burden decreased from 36 hours to 24 hours (-12). Also, there was an increase in the filing fee per application from $65 to $140; therefore, this increased the total annual cost burden to respondents from $3,900 to $5,600 (+$1,700).
