Short Statement: There are no program changes but OET is reporting adjustments herein. There are adjustments/decreases to the total number of respondents/total annual responses from 50 to 20 (-30) and the total annual costs decreased from $2,500 to $1,000 (-$1,500). Due to this collection primarily being a one-time requirement. The commission monitored a significant decrease in responses for coordination with NTIA since the previous collection.
