Abstract:
The National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) is submitting a non-substantive change request for the addition of two custom services to Section 6 for custom hay harvest services. NASS received the request from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture to collect and publish this information for future custom rates surveys. There will be no changes to the sample size, survey methodology, or overall respondent burden because of this non-substantive change.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
