Short Statement: The total cost to respondents decreased from $2,742,419 to $1,946,487 for a decrease of $795,932 annual cost burden. The burden reduced from 80,234 to 57,047 for a decrease of 23,277 burden hours. The decrease in costs and burden hours is due to less respondents than in the previous years. Fewer farmers are purchasing ARPI policies than in prior years.
