Short Statement: Due to the final rule (RIN 0648-BL08), the PCTC annual report for the new PCTC Program was added to this collection, which increased the total respondents, responses, and burden for this collection. This revision adds the 10 cooperatives that NMFS estimates will form under the PCTC Program as new respondents to this collection.
