Short Statement: The agency is requesting a decrease in the burden hour estimate of 166 hours (from 333 hours to 167 hours). This reduction is a result of decreased student enrollments in Institute courses that occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic from 4,000 to 2,000 respondents.
