Short Statement: The renewal information collection package contains increased burden hour estimate from that reflected in the current Office of Management and Budget inventory. The increase in the number of burden hours estimated for this package reflects the estimated increase in funding provided to the Department which will result in an increase in the estimated number of respondents. In addition, the increase in the number of information requirements for applications and awards, and the amount of information required also increased the estimated average response times.
