Short Statement: The Commission had program changes to this information collection which is due to the Commission eliminating several consumer notification requirements in section 76.1205 of part 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations and eliminating a requirement that cable operators report to the Commission about the status of CableCARD deployment and support in FCC 20-124. The program changes are as follows: -936 to the number of respondents, -55,227 to the number of responses, -15,740 to the annual burden hours and -$1,190 to the annual cost.
