Short Statement: The burden hours for the EDGAR recordkeeping and reporting requirements have an increased adjustment of 6,845 hours. This increase is an overall reflection of the actual number of time extensions notifications received by ED in FY 2023 (which was larger than the number estimated in FY 2019) and an increase in the number of awards awarded to IHEs, NPOs and Hospitals in FY 2023.
