The agency is advised that it should cure the following deficiencies prior to resubmitting to OMB: 1) The Supporting Statement A should be uploaded as a Word Docujment and not a PDF. 2) The program office should fully review the Supporting Statement A to ensure it is fully accurate and representative of the information collection as it is conducted in 2023. The agency is advised that it should affirmatively confirm to OMB, via correspondence, that the Supporting Statement A has been reviewed for currency prior to resubmission. 3) The IC list should be updated to reflect the most current version of each of the guidance documents used to inform this information collection. Most instruments appear to have been uploaded in 2014. 4) The IC list should not include the 30-day FRN. 5) Ensure that "Attachment A", as referenced in Supporting Statement A Question Prompt #2 (if still relevant) is uploaded as a Supplementary Document.

This collection of information is required in connection with the Multiclass Securities Program. The intent of the Multiclass Securities program is to increase liquidity in the secondary mortgage market and to attract new sources of capital for federally insured or guaranteed residential loans.
