Short Statement: The overall burden has decreased by 17 hours from 67 hours to 50 hours. The estimated number of responses decreased by 100 from 400 forms to 300 forms. It is estimated that it still takes approximately 10 minutes to complete the form which remains the same. The reason for the decrease is due to greater availability of electronic means to make payments, licensees are using Form 629 less often. In addition, the fee rate increased from $278 to $290.
