Short Statement: The IC burden increased because of the removal of the previous two forms, and the combination of the information into one form. The proposed revisions will result in a net ¼ hour reduction in burden hours per respondent with an overall per respondent burden reduction of 50 hours. This is attributable to the removal of Section D: Related Experience and Section E: Additional Information: Research Support and/or Scholastic Performance Awards.
