Short Statement: This collection is currently approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and the agency wishes only to extend the approval past the current 3-year expiration date without making any material change to the form, instructions or frequency of collection. This information collection renewal resulted in a reduction in the burden hours based on a significant reduction in the number of average annual advance payments requested and made over the periods, 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022.
