There are increases to the total number of respondents from 19,674 to 19,820 (+146), total annual responses from 19,774 to 19,920 (+146) and to the total annual burden hours from 10,016 to 10,030 (+14) as a result of an increased number of regulatees eligible for true-up, exemption or waiver. There are no program changes.
